International City Group Co. , Ltd. , referred to as International City Group and International City ( English: International City Holdings Limited ), was merged by Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited and Wheelock Limited in Hong Kong (Headquarters) in November 1980 . The associate company was then named "StepJet Investment Co., Ltd." [1] [2] .
